Seaway Bridge, Ft. Pierce

We spent a hot and muggy night shooting the Seaway Bridge in Ft. Pierce at twilight. There were 24 of us crawling around the area trying to get some great shots of the bridge all lit up. I chose to just shoot the bridge for what it is and didn't get too crazy with my shots. I did practice some HDR on most of these and I like how the rocks in the foreground turned out. Enjoy!

Happy 4th of July!

The group photographed the fireworks display from a friend's waterfront house in Sebastian. There were many great vantage points: balcony, dock, backyard-where we all spread out to shoot the colorful display. It was a fun night and it looks like everyone got some nice shots.

New Gallery Opening!

The Gallery of Hope located at 2036 14th Avenue, Suite 101in Historic Downtown Vero Beach had a very successful opening night with the first exhibit "Our Natural World" benefiting the Environmental Learning Center. High quality landscape and nature-themed juried photographic art pieces showcasing the talents of philanthropic photographic artists belonging to Focus on were showcased. A silent auction was held to raise money for ELC. Despite the rainy weather, the opening reception was jam packed with supporters. I am proud to have auctioned off my "Indian River Sunset" photograph. It was an exciting night and I wish Scott Kelly all the best with his new venture with the gallery!
